New York City Arrest, Court, and Public Records
Interested persons may get collision reports recorded before September 30, 2016, online, by mail, or in person through the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles. Online requests cost $7 for searches and $15 for each report. Simply use the online portal to process requests. Mail requests attract a fee of $10 per search and $15 per report.
